[Fanmeet Details & How to Participate]
A: Individual Handshake Event
Event participation ticket A
⇒ One individual ticket holder can shake hands with a member. Event ticket A will either feature a member’s name OR say “your favorite member”. If you have a ticket with a specific member’s name then you will have an individual handshake with that member. If you get a ticket that says “your favorite member” then you can choose which member you want to shake hands with.
B: Individual Jacket Fansign
Event participation ticket B
⇒ One individual ticket holder can have a member of their choice sign their CD jacket. The member will only sign the “Endless Night” booklet once. The member you choose will then write your name (romanized, hangul, or hiragana) and a one word message.
C: Random individual 2-shot selca on your Smartphone/Cellphone
Event participation ticket C
⇒ One individual ticket holder will receive a member name on their Event C ticket and that is the member that you can take a 2-shot selca with. Guests can take their selca on their personal cellphone or smartphone. Taking the photo with a selfie stick or other assist device will not be permitted. The member will take the photo. Please be aware beforehand, that you will not be the one taking the photograph.
S: 2-shot photo with all members
Special Ticket S
⇒ One individual ticket holder can participate one time. Staff will be responsible for taking the photograph. The photo will be taking on the guest’s personal cellphone or smartphone. Please be aware beforehand, that you will not be the one taking the photograph.
※ Due to scheduling conflict, Handong will not be participating in this single or it’s commemoration events. Please be aware beforehand.
※ Information is subject to change.
※ If an issue arises with the artists or special event, there will be no refunds.
※ Each event will finish as soon as the guest’s line is cut off.
※ For those participating in the C & S events, reshoots will not be allowed unless the camera itself or scenery had caused a bad picture. You can’t pick a pose. And it is prohibited to touch the members.
※ C & S participants will not be able to take a photograph with a tablet or digital camera. You can only use your smartphone-esque camera. You cannot use the SNOW app.
※ C & S participants, you will not be able to take a photo of the member(s) by themselves.
※ C & S participants, it is prohibited to take videos during this event.
※ Please refrain from bringing video recorders, camera, and audio recorders. Photography, audio recording, and video recording is prohibited. If you are caught doing this your data will be deleted/equipment seized before being removed from the venue. (This excludes the special event photographs during the C & S events)
※ B event participants, please be sure to bring your “Endless Night” booklet with you. If you happen to forget the booklet, we will have colored paper for the members to sign for you. The members will sign that with a pen. It is prohibited to touch the members.
※ A event participants, please remove all accessories from both of your hands. Please put your smartphones, cellphones, etc in a bag while participating. Also, it is prohibited to give the members gifts.
※ All event participants, if you in elementary school and up you will need your own individual tickets to participate in these events. Kids in preschool and under will be able to attend with a ticket as well as a single guardian to accompany them.
※ Given the schedule circumstances, there may be some people with tickets who may not get to participate before the event ends. Please be aware in advance.
※ The Fanclub 3-piece Set (Limited to FC members) CDs do NOT include event participation tickets, so please be aware in advance.
